Exchange and Refund Policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We offer a straightforward exchange and return policy within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items with manufacturing defects, wrong size and entirely different product.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, its original packaging, with all the labels and unbroken tags.
  • You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • A mandatory unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon receipt must be submitted along with the return request.

    REFUND

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 6-7 working days.
